I bought 2 Cellini trolleybags in May 2012, i was very happy with the bag until recently. The one bags stitching came loose @the one side (this is the bag that doesnt even travel a lot). The warranty was for 5years, which excll the zip. I took my bag in and the lady said she cant help me without a slip. My receipts ink completely faded, so was of no use, so i threw that away, and who on earth makes copies of tillreceipts. Upon showing the saleslady my bag and asking her if i can bring in my bankstatement with the date and show her proof of payment and date she just said no they wont go throught all that admin. If the warranty is valid for 5years, arnt their slips ink suppose to last for 5years..yes i did throw away the slip but surely they can see on my bankstatement it was bought there and the date. Yes my bag is fixed now, which i did pay for but Im just dissapointd in a brand that is supposed to be of good quality, just to get this type of service.
