On the 28/03/2013 at 1645, I was pick-pocketed at Mr Price the Glen. I spoke to Nobambo, who was sympathatic and helpful. She told me that i was an on going thing at the Glen. She asked for my Contact details and said she would contact me it she gets any Information, she even assisted me in getting change to pay for the paking. I returded home to go through the process of cancelling all my cards. At 06:40 I received a call from Nobambo, saying that she had found my purse under some rails in the store. She said she will wait for me to come even though she finished work in 15 minutes. When i got to the store she took me to the manager where my purse was returned with all my cards intact but all the money had been taken. She was really, helpful comforting and friendly. I wish her allthe best
