I bought my wife a pair of sissy boy jeans as a present. when we got home they were to small.
we live 270 km away so when we went back 3 weeks later to exchange them there was no problem to do that.
we bought them on special on the 50% discount sale and they now want to charge me the full price on the exchange. this is unacceptable so they credited my account instead.
Is this a normal policy in your stores because other stores would have exchange the goods for the right size.
i thought stuttafords was a high end consumer store but it seen
ms they have low end service.
