I don't understand the exchange policy at stuttafords. Should u wish to exchange items valued at R100 for an item valued at R200... It would not be possible to pay in the difference, but rather they would do a R100 refund, and a new purchase of R200. But here's the tricky part... If you pay by credit card, you have to wait 48 hours for the money to actually be available in your account. And if it the interim you don't have R200 to pay for the second purchase. Tough, too bad!!! They do not do credit notes... so when exchanging at stuttafords, make sure you have enough fund in your account to wait 48 hours for your refund to reflect. At every other store I've done an exchange at, it's been a simple procedure of having proof of payment, doing the exchange, paying the difference (it there is one) n moving on. This is refunding, new purchases, all too complicated for my liking.a very very very disappointed former customer. Not to mention all the time I spent picking out n fitting on items.
