I bought a pair of jeans with a faulty zip on sunday the 24/11/13 at mr price in Protea Glen Mall, I send my sister on the 26/11/13 to exchange the pair of jeans for me. The person assisting her that I have to exchange the jeans personally because I bought them on credit.
