I bought an I-play Tab on the 29 March 2013. The person I bought did not like it. She went to return and they said because it was bought using my card I am suppose to come to the store. I went back to the store and now they are telling me that they can't refund me because it has passed their 15 day money back guarantee which I was never informed about. It is not even written on the slip. They said the customer care manager said I must buy something of the same amount today. If I do not buy anything today then they can't help me.
When I got there the teller was on a personal call and did not put the phone down to assist me. She spoke and when she was finished, only then she assisted me. I thought that was very rude.
