Poor service

I paid for a bed and I was told it would be delivered within 4 days, it's been almost 3 weeks and no phone calls or feedback from dial a bed. I call Yolande almost everyday and she once promised to call the next day and she never called I had to call her back. I bought that bed expecting visitors I had to book a guest house for a weekend so I can accommodate my visitors. This week it's my sisters graduation on Thursday and I'm expecting visitors again. I want the bed I paid for and nothing else otherwise the manager must give me a bed on display of my choice. It's like dial a bed just wants your money once you pay they don't care anymore. I just want what I paid for...
