NO AFTER SALES SERVICE

I purchased a Brand new Bauer Airconditiong Unit in Septemeber 2012. It has been used about 6 times and we were away over december. On our return I noticed that the unit was on but not cooling, I contacted House and home and dealt with Moses and he said he would report it and get it authorised b head office, I then recieved a phone call from Independant appliances and after much running around with them had a technician come and look at last Friday. It is now the end of the day on Tuesday and have not heard a word. So I contacted house and home again today to find out that Moses was on leave but Siphiso was dealing with my complaint. I am still waiting for Siphiso to call me back. I think this is shocking service as it has now been 2 weeks since my initial call and I still have no working Airconditioner.
