So this evening I once again go to Spar Bromhof to play Lotto and voila! lotto is offline. After further inquiry i discover that the terminal is not really offline. They are cashing up before the store closes for their own convenience. Sundays you can't play lotto or check your tickets because it is inconvenient to management. What happened to customer satisfaction and convenience.
I seriously feel that this store does not deserve to be an agent for lotto or anything else for that matter. They don't deserve the Spar insignia.
