Poor service

I went to the garage to play lotto, when I arrived on the window the was already a sign to say they are offline but the were not offline, I asked the guy to show me the message in the machine that says offline he couldn't, what made me angry was that he said he is closed and leaving but the machine was not offline, my question why does the national lotto supply company with their machines if we don't get served, I don't really appriciate the attidute I was given by the guy who assisted me, if bp wants more customers to support them they need to train their staff, I am very angry and don't want anything to do with bp
