I purchased a lotto card through FNB recently and the Lotto draw of the 11th December 2013 reflected a 3 correct number pay out of R 41.00. I did not received the usual sms notification from FNB nor were any winnings paid into my account. Due to the period of mourning and public holiday I was only able to contact FNB internet banking today. The Call centre consultant who gave me her name as Veliswa was not prepared to help me and only quoted their Terms and Conditions and told me to contact Gidani directly. I strongly object to trying to sort out payment myself as I don't believe I will have any success getting paid for such a small win. I believe that as FNB take a payment for offering the Lotto facility and therefore they should take responsibility for sorting out the payments below their cut-off limit. Very clearly under the Lotto opening page FNB state " PLAY LOTTO HER AND RECEIVE YOUR WINNINGS DIRECTLY INTO YOUR ACCOUNT, IT"S EASY; CONVENIENT AND SECURE".
