Yesterday my sister and I visited the Woolworths branch in Paarl Mall. She needed to get her measurements taken to buy new underwear. What a hopeless case!! The staff at that outlet are the most rude, sour-faced people I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.
The woman sitting in the fitting room looks like she received the death penalty and when I asked to see the lady that took down my sister's measurements, she grunted something in my direction, obviously peeved because I dare ask for assistance while she's trying to read her Mills & Boon novel.
I don't blame Woolworths for being a company who doesn't respond. You lot couldn't possibly come up with enough excuses for the absolutely 'service' you provide.
