As a condition of the sale (on Monday) the bed I bought would have been delivered BEFORE Friday (and a hefty delivery fee was paid). On Tuesday I was informed that the bed (that was chosen because it was supposedly in stock) was ordered and would be delivered ON Friday. It was made clear (again) that the bed could be delivered at the latest by Thursday 16h00.By 16h30 on Thursday the bed was supposedly on its way (on the back of a borrowed bakkie) and I was to be kept informed of the progress. I phoned at 17h50 and the bed was still on its way. Unfortunately it is still not delivered.
Poor service. I would advise against buying from House and Home because of the dishonest (and poor) service in general.
