I recently saw a denim jacket in a magazine, advertised by Poetry stores. I stay in Bredasdorp, therefore I do not have regular access to shopping malls. I started phoning different branches of Poetry to try and locate a jacket in my size. No one seemed to care and even bothered to try and find me one. I then sent an email to customer services where after SUPERSTAR employee, MONIQUE, store manager of Poetry Cavendish, emailed me with her promise to try and locate a jacket for me. She put in such an effort and found me a jacket at another branch within 3 hours. She arranged with her manager to have the jacket delivered to her store by courier. She kept me informed at all times and even arranged for a courier to deliver my jacket to me. She had to leave the store for a meeting and even then she put me in the hands of her colleague whom she trusted to deal with the matter in her absence. I think MONIQUE deserves to be acknowledged for excellent customer liaison and dedication to her job. She is the type of girl every employer would love to have in a team! Well done and thank you Monique! I am looking forward to wear my "Happy Jacket".
