Pathetic bad service

On the 25 feb 2013 I received my settlement letter from edcon I payd the next day on the 27 feb 2013 I realised and phoned them that I over payed they asked me for the proof of payment which was sent and the settlement letter I didn't hear from them for a while then phoned again and was told there is no refund my account is 0 I said there is after fighting the entire march 2013 I was told this was only suposed to take 48 hrs its more than a month all ready a guy by the name Mohamed at their offices does not get back to me only after I threatened with legal action he let me know my refund is approved on 09-04-2013 I sent a email asking how long it will take again he just reads and no response I phoned on the 10-04-2013 and was told it will be paid back after midnight by a guy mpho and it was not done I phoned again on the 11-04-2013 and was told now it will take seven days is this right the query should have only been 48 hrs not a month and still have to wait again? Pathetic
