Great service from Dolly

I am writing to inform you of the rare and exceptional service I received from Dolly. Unfortunately I have had poor service experiences with Musica in the past, but Dolly was indeed a welcome exception.
I ordered a DVD - "Dogville" which arrived timeously and Dolly called me as she said she would, but the exceptional service relates to the following incident:
I wanted to pay for a DVD in Fourways and have it delivered to the Pietermaritzburg branch as a gift. Whilst this was an unusual request, Dolly was on the phone to various people in Musica and handled it with aplomb, to make it happen. She really went the extra mile and was creative and results oriented. Also, when the shipping agent did not deliver and the DVD did not arrive in PMBG timeously, Dolly took it upon herself to let me know and then followed up and chased the shippers to make sure it was finally done. This took a good few emails and calls, and I was kept in the loop at all times via email and phone. Dolly took ownership and followed it through to resolution, notwithstanding the difficulties she faced. Extremely impressive.
