No Response from Head Office

Its been 2 Weeks, I didn't even get a Responce of Being Slapped by a Cashier (Dolly Wani) on the 26-12-203 in Shoprite Liquor (Butterworth, Fingoland Mall)

Note: Now am taking this to my Step 2
