So I headed off to your Hansa Site seeing the issue was about Hansa... bingo... there was life on that side.
I was contacted by Dolly mofya from the SAB careline, she took down my details and said I would be contacted by a
rep..
That was 2 weeks ago... subsequent emails to her have fallen on deaf ears..
shoddy customer service... thats all
