I work for a large private accounting firm. One of the many services we provide to our clients is to facilitate purchases of Sage Pastel software on their behalf.
Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding the wrong software was purchased. I won't go into the details, but I will mention that tempers flared.
It took all of 5 minutes to arrange for the pickup of the erroneously ordered software and the remedy to our client's unique problem to be arranged. This is all thanks to the cheerful Ms Dolly Mdiniso.
