I was supposed to receive 10% cash back bonus after paying my full loan back in January 2014, my loan was paid in full on the 26th of January, I sent an email the next day on the 27th enquiring about the cash back, I got and immediate responce from Dolly Mathebula who requested I send my Identity number which I did and never got a reply back, all I want is my 10% bonus back, as per your advertisement.
