Bad Service repair and no reply on questions asked

I bought my packard bell laptop on the 25/01/13 and within 11 days the power adapter plug in did not respond or work, I sent it in for repairs to the acer company and two weeks later received it back. when I put my laptop on it was still broken and the sent it off again the same day, another two weeks later I got my laptop back. This time my power adptor was not retured and the skype camera was not working and the screen was fuzzy. I phoned and after four weeks stil no report back from CNA or report companies. I am deeply disatisfied with the service delivered, I want a new laptop or my money back!!!
