SERVICE DELIVERY - EXTENDED WARRANTY CLAIM

Today marks seven days I am without a fridge in my house due to a failure in my fridge. I tot I was lucky by taking extended warranty on it... but I guess was deeply wrong as I have reported this @ Game on Friday morning and up till now I have no Fridge. Christian Mbatha have been keeoing me up to date but have been let down by the service provider to come have a look at my fridge. yesterda Christian called me after he called DBN Head Office and told me that service provider has been notified and will contact me the soonest, that never happened. 7 days I am still without a fridge and my food has rotted and some throw away and have been forced (due to late service) to rethink how to get my living on track... This is really not on... why do we "buy" extended warranty if we are not to receive value for our money from it???
