Good day,

I had a staff account with Foschini and resigned in November, however the account was suppose to be converted to a normal account and till to date it has not been done. I Spoke to Dexter Meintjies in staff account and had promised to call me on the 04/05/2013 and he has not. His land line is on voice mail and he has not even replied to my emails that I have been sending to him. I don't have a problem if they decline the application but I need to find out what will happen to the insurance on my Cellphone that I have taken with them? The call centre agents that I have been speaking to are very rude and can't assist me.
Its been 5months now waiting and still nothing has been done...

Please assist.
