Extended Warranty

I received my fridge two weeks ago. I sent an email to the head office of game expressing my dissatisfaction as it came back in a very bad state. The fridge had dents and scratches that were not there before they took it. Game never responded to this or acknowledged receipt of my email. I called Vinolia on Friday as the fridge has started to build up ice again and she told me that she doesn't know if it was fixed and they will have to take it away again. I spoke to her manager who said she will get back to me and never did. I have given Game a fair chance to fix it, they damaged it and it is not fixed so they should own up to their terms of contract by giving me a new fridge.
