Bad repairs and service with no after service

I took my COLT 2.8 Diesel Clubcab bakkie in to ACD Germiston Autoserve for service and water pump replacement on 10/09/12. Went to visit a client in Piet Retief, first long trip after repair, check temp and water regulary on may way there no problems. On my way back bakkie lost power, check temp gauge, motor over heated. Pulled over found rediator hose blown off, the hose clamp was not in its place and did not kept the pipe in place. The car was taken back to ACD Germiston Autoserve and they said they do not take responsibility for this. Now this is where the problem started.
After trying to resolve the problem with ACD, with no luck, I laid a formal complaint with Midas on 20/09/12.
At the first meeting with the Franchise manager they want me to pay R3500.00 for an independent inspector to inspect the car, money which I do not have. It was clear that they and ACD are not going to take responsibility for this.
I then contactacted RMI and layd a formal complaint with them, held meeting with RMI 23/11/12 no resolve.
Start 05/12/12 told them to repair the car I will pay. Got 1st quote 28/01/13. 2nd quote 1/03/13. Pay deposit 13/03/13. It is 11/04/13 still no spares or progress.
