Extreme dissaticfaction of service received

In March 2013 i took my car to FR&R. The main items I had were that the Oil and Engine lights flash continuously and that the car was not performing as it used to.
After 7 months or so I was finally told that the vehicle is now ready to be fetched. On that day, I was informed of the Power-Steering unit and the Clutch were in dis-repair. Both of which were working perfectly when the car was handed to them. On driving the car from their workshop, a water hose came loose and all the coolant leaked out. Upon investigating, they had not secured this with the clamp an air pipe then jumped out of place, and then the car started overheating. All of this within 15km from their workshop.

the car went back, for about 4 weeks, to sorted all these issues out. I picked up the car. About 1400km later, the car started to overheat again.

Due to location - the car was towed to an AA approved dealer for repair. FR&R are yet to contact this AA dealer to confirm that they will cover costs of repair if this is their fault or to have a look at the car themselves.
I have referred this issue to FR&R in the UK and am now following up with an complaint to RMI for guidance. I dont know what else to try
