Bad workmanship

Approx 3 weeks ago I telephoned KC Motors to give me a quote on my Mitsubishi colt 2006 turbo diesel motor, it kept cutting out but would start again almost immediately. Kevin phoned me and told me it definitely was not the diesel pump as the vehicle was starting it would only lose revs at robots etc or when u we're coming to a stop. He quoted me labour of 1200 excl parts. Gary collected my bakkie on the 31st October 2013. The 1st November Gary delivered my bakkie to my son at 4pm on the 1st Nov 2013. My father took the bakkie for a test drive and phoned me immediately. The vehicle was still cutting out. When I phoned Gary at 5pm he told me he had changed the timing chain as that was the problem it was stretched and jumping gears. When I told him it was still cutting out he said it was impossible and that he was prepared to drive the mv to Jhb himself. My son left for Jhb at 7pm. At van reenens pass my mv lost all it's oil. The sump plug had not been inserted properly. On contacting Gary he told me he had not changed the oil and that it was not his problem. To all m.v. Owners out there. Do not take your vehicles to KC motors. They do not know what they are doing.
