I am a pensioner who purchased a vehicle in good faith from Imperial GM Germiston on 14 February 2013. Within five days of performing an oil change i noticed the bakkie began to smoke tremendously. I reported to the manager and he promised it would be fixed. I dropped the bakkie off twice at GM only to receive it back smoking. Ultimately i received a quote from VEEPS motor repairs as GM refuses to fix the bakkie now. GM fully agreed to pay half of the cost (R2500). They now continually make excuses when they are to pay saying everyday they are going to pay till today 15/05/2013. I now have no choice but to expose these cheats as i am a pensioner with little money to fix this problem and dont know where else to turn. All i want is the money they agreed to pay and to stop making excuses from dealer principle to finance everyday as to why the money cannot be paid. PLEASE assist. This is my only vehicle i could afford and it is now not working correctly.
