Order on 27 march and still no stock

I placed an online order on mar 27, I was finally contacted on third April, stock was due to arrive in a day or 2

Till now I have received no email, my large appliances were delivered on Monday and I spoke to the branch about having the headset sent along since when I went there on 2 occasions it was not in stock

When will I get this item? It's been far too long as the birthday it was for has already passed

Poor service indeed
