3 WEEKS AND NO DELIVERY OF PURCHASED GOODS

I PURCHASED A BEDROOM SET 3 WEEKS AGO AT ELLERINES IN PRETORIA CBD AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE DELIVERED WITHIN THAT WEEK. THAT WAS THREE WEEKS AGO AND I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM AND THE NEXT THING I KNOW THEY WILL WANT TO DEBIT THE INSTALMENT FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT NEXT WEEK FOR SOMETHING THAT I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED YET. I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY WHOLE LIFE. I'VE TRIED CALLING THE CONSULTANT BUT HE'S SUDDENLY NEVER AVAILABLE AND THE SAME GOES FOR THE MANAGER THE OF THAT PLACE. I EVEN TRIED CALLING THEIR HEAD OFFICE'S NUMBER 012 325 0142 BUT THE NUMBER NEVER GOES THROUGH. I'M ACTUALLY REGRETTING EVER PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM ELLERINES; I'VE LEARNT MY LESSON NOW. ALL I NEED IS FOR SOMEONE TO PLEASE COME AND DELIVER MY THINGS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OTHERWISE I'M GOING TO HAVE TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER EVEN FURTHER!!! THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING TO HEAR THE SAME WORDS OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT THEY SAY "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, Ellerines would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused.
