I walked instore to make purchases on the 3/04/2013 around 16h30 and by the time I got to audio dept it was already 16h45 and the man told me to listen to the intercom and showed me his watch so I must note that its time to go home, he then said come tomorrow..ok I walked out and tomorrow I came made purchases and was promised to get a free delivery as I was residing in town, but I was shocked when the delivery man said he needs 300 for the delivery, i had not option but to pay the man and suffer the consequencies..The point is game plk personnel believe they are doing us a favour by trading to us, how does one explain this type of service from one of the most reputable brands??? and this is not the first time and its not only happening to me but this is a sign that someone must put a stop to this sad service offering or we must see notes or adverts warning us about this ripping off and rather pathetic service. This is a very irritating experience and shouldn't happen to anyone that is visiting a store, very unbelievable I guess its a training need...
