I am a regular customer at the Macdonalds branch in Bloemfontein to the extend that some of the cashiers even know my order before I place my order. I always order the same thing, a Big Tasty meal WITHOUT lettuce, and i always make sure on the slip that they got that part, but to my disgust, they put lettuce on my burger. It even went to that extend that I check my food every time before I leave the restaurant and most of the time the burger have lettuce. I then have to go back and ask them for a burger without lettuce.By the time I get the correct order, my chips is cold, other customers are disgusted with me holding the line and my friends frustrated because their orders is getting cold as well, waiting for me. I get that it is a fast moving restaurant, but it waste more time fixing the order every time instead of just putting a procedure in place to prevent this from happening and causing a really bad experience. It has happened so often, I am considering giving up going there ever again, which is a pity because I really like their burgers, but the bad experience and me losing my temper and having to keep it in EVERY time is not worth it. Can management please do something?
