I purchased an oiled kist from their Canal Walk store. Naturally I had to go to Epping to collect it, I waited more than an hour outside the warehouse and it wasn't a busy day. They just don't care as you have already paid in full for your item, so now you can wait while they leisurely retrieve it. The real problem was when I got the kist home, and I live 2 hours away. The kist was designed to double as a coffee table but every single water drop bleached the top and glasses left ring marks which could not be removed with cleaning or re-oiling. I must have phoned Coricraft 3 times but the manager was always busy, I must have emailed them 5 times, NOBODY got back to me. How can you sell a coffee table kist that bleaches at the slightest damp spot or condensation running off a glass??? This is the 21st century, are people still supposed to be using coasters? I believe this is an inferior product, and their after sales service is non-existent.
I made the mistake of recently buying a couch from them, you MUST pay 100% upfront for the items and wait a few weeks for delivery, and now they can't deliver as promised! They have your cash though, so you must fit in with their plans!!
