Complained telephonically to the Customer Services Zi Chamarle 0860313141 in January 2013. Just received a call from manager Carlos Bad attitude saying sorry you were supposed to phone in immediately! Bought an approx kilogram om cheese. When we wanted to use it was rancid. Usually shop there on a Tuesday for veg at their Fruit and Veg Store next door. Didn't think it was necessary to call to complain, thinking it would be exchanged if we went there the following week. We live about 10 kms away.
Obviously feel it was his way not to lose out! He didnt care that we were regular customers just said what he need to say and cut the call. Needless to say we no longer shop there! Thank you Prem Abibang
