Appalling service from staff

I visited Zara at the V&A Waterfront and am always given bad service from staff. I had checked online for their new collection. When asking the assistant about the item I was told it easy "last seasons collection" after which she blatantly turned her back. I was suprised thinking items from the same "new collection" are in store.

On my second visit I was not given any assistance and was told if my size was not there they wont have it. What I see is all they stock. Not being offered an alternative or directed to similar items or even asked what size I was looking for.

On my final visit, the staff once again offered no assistance at all. Disappearing from sight at times when you require a store assistant. I used the dressing room and when I finished found the assistant had disappeared. Paying for my jeans I was greeted by an unfriendly staff member who had not said a word and handed my item to me in an ugly black plastic bag (like a trash can liner) almost too small for my item.

Not only have I received better service at "lesser quality" local stores but even their bags are of better quality than that of Zara. This is not what I expected from a repuatable international retailer.
