I bought shoes at Zara shop on the 15 of June 2013, it cost R799.00. The problem is, the shoes are really hurting me, the pain is unbearable. To my understanding the higher the price the comfortable the shoe should be. I spoke to one of the ladies I didn't get the name a sales manager told her about my problem she told me I must bring back the shoe within 30days. On the 14 of July I went to the store, spoke to Mimi a sales manager she said cause I was the 1st customer to complain about the shoes. She will log a complain to a certain department will come back to me, yes she did call me yesterday.she told me there's nothing she can do cause i have worn the shoes and i was the 1st customer to complain about. that means i must keep those shoes as painful they are which cost R799.00. she referred me to Cynthia, said the same story. I am very unhappy about this.
