Obbed / accosted at the tills

While trying to unpack my trolley two black females were physically squashing / pushing me towards the shelves next to the till. My daughter was standing in the trolley facing me l had put my money in my front right jean pocket as well as my blackberry. I asked the one lady to please move a little back as the second lady was telling my daughter that she is she naughty. As they moved away from my trolley I put my hand in my pocket to discover that I had been robbed. I started to screamd. The security guard let me use his phone to see if they would answer. I could not get his phone to work and a lady shopping helped me try phone my cell and she phoned my husband. Once he arrived the manager took us to their cctv footage. They only have 16 cameras for the entire store. We have received an email from piet strydom regional manager stating that they have cameras strategically placed and that and basically not checkers problem. I have since heard of several other people robbed in checkers and that the staff are aware of the syndicate. My feelings are that the store is aware of the problem and did not warn the shoppers and should therefore replace my cell
