I both a lounge set year september. Noticed it was collapsing this year January. Logged fault and didn't receive service. Was constantly promised. Its now almost 8 weeks and no resolve. Asked for refund on the set and I'm told it can't be done. I asked for exchange for another lounge set of a different kind and they say they having difficulty doing it. They work with african bank. So both parties are not coporative. I just want my refund and I dnt want to deal with these companies ever again. Its ridiculus to wait so long and be told to wait and wait everyday
