Incorrect interest charge and lack of response

On the most recent statement for my Clicks Credit Card, I have been charged interest despite having settled the outstanding amount on the due date. I queried this by email on 18 April 2013 and again on 28 April 2013, but have received no assistance and have not been refunded.
