We bought an MP3 player that turned out to be faulty. The process of return and re-supply was handled really well - without hassle and with excellent comms all the way. Well done - especially in an environment where bad sevice is rapidly becoming the accepted norm. The experience will certainly point me to TAKEALOT in future. It has even motivated me to take the trouble to put this on Hellopete
