I have send my engagement ring in for bands to be made, waited a week. The gentlemen phones me says he can bbm me a pic of the bands because they do not have Internet access to email out.
Then I wait 2 days no pic, I phone again, then a lady talks to me, no it is impossible to send a photo because they first have to make it... After a day the gentlemen phones again, why have you deleted me on bbm I have to send you a picture of the bands... does not sound confusing to you as well..
Eventually I have received the photo and price, I decided over a week if I am going to take the bands because it is quiet expensive. All that I need is a formal quote or invoice to see how much everything is going to cost me. Nope it cannot be done, there is no access to internet to email to clients emails can be send only internally between stores.. I have to drive to the shop to get a hand written invoice, which is 40min drive from where I live... How can stores not have access to send emails to there clients?
I am honestly so scared that firstly I will not get the bands in time for the wedding and if they will be what I have asked for.
