I have always been happy with Dis-Chem Three Rivers until today! Nampak sent me a R190 Voucher to purchase Cuddlers nappies. As I got to the pay point, another lady took the voucher, not informing me what she is going to do, and left me waiting! After a while I was told that I will not get any change from the voucher when I purchase the product. This I could understand. I was informed to buy the Jumbo pack Cuddlers as I am NOT allowed to purchase two of the SAME products and pay in the difference. They did not have this in stock! I was told that the voucher is for ONE item only. However, the voucher read as follows: " Please allow the bearer of this coupon against the purchase of PRODUCTS as indicated as above". Thus this is PLURAL form. Buying PRODUCTS that is the SAME to the value of the voucher. I did not purchase the nappies and went to Pick a Pay that gladly assisted me. I bought a Jumbo- and a smaller pack of Cuddlers and paid in the difference. So WHY Dis-Chem are you unable to do the same? Or did you want to redeem the full voucher amount and keep the difference for yourself? Hhhhmmmm... makes you wonder doesn't it?
