Stale Astros, Missing Easter eggs and missing gum

I am dissatisfied with Kraft Foods products. This is the third incident i have had with a Kraft Foods product in the past few months.
Firstly, upon purchasing Stimorol chewing gum there was a shortage of gum in the pack i received. I would normally not fuss however i am paying ridiculous amounts for chewing gum as i purchase it often and when i didn't receive the correct amount of chewing i began to question whether or not to change to a brand that will provide the right quantity promised.
Secondly, i purchased Cadbury Caramel filled eggs. The pack should contain 12 eggs however i only received 11 eggs in the pack. I had been looking forward to having those caramel eggs for so long, so as you can imagine i was really upset and irritated. For a young consumer who is now making decisions about what brands to purchase, these incidents really don't help Kraft Foods.

The final incident happened yesterday when i purchased the largest sized box of Astros on the market. This is the first time i bought that sized box. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with his favourite chocolates and he was definitely surprised when he started eating and realized the biscuit was stale. It was disgusting.
