To Whom it may concern,

I write this email with great disappointment, we have been loyal customers at Pick & Pay for the past 20 years at Kenilworth.

Over the past two years we have joined a feeding scheme in conjunction with our local church making sandwiches for a few underprivileged schools in the Ottery area.

We have been purchasing on every last Sunday of the month about 15 loaves of bread and 2 x kg French polony from P&P Kenilworth. We have always had it sliced at the cold meat counter without any hassles, obviously I had to pay for it first before having it sliced. However today it was not allowed, apparently the supervisor Colleen did not want to approve it to be sliced. It was approximately 14:00 today (07/04/13)

I left my trolley walked out the store went to Shoprite bought the polony at almost double the price to make sure the kids get their sandwiches tomorrow. For some of these kids this could be their only meal for the day,

We will not be shopping at P&P Kenilworth in the future and we will have to be really desperate to visit one of your other stores.
