My first loan was paid out by DirectAxis in August 2012. It's been 8 months since then - and all the payments have successfully gone off my bank account. In January 2013 I wanted to see what the repeat options were, but it declined me based on the fact that it hadn't been 6 months since my payout. Fair enough. But then this month I contacted the call center who told me that I have to wait 6 months from January again to get a repeat loan. This doesn't make sense to me at all. There's no warnings on this, nor was it told to me in any of the calls I had with DirectAxis before. On top of all of this - they never reply to emails sent - and when you do eventually call, they are cold and rude to their clients. Totally unhappy by all of this, and will move my personal loan business away from DirectAxis.
