I bought a Lounge Suite they delivered a secondhand.and I laid a complain within the 7days period but which i did within 3days. After more than four months they exchanged with another broken suite and it was send for repairs. I paid my account through their Legal department and then the goods (suite) was repo and i paid the remaining amount so the suite was paid off. But after that i called to hear what is now going to happen they told me that I have lost my money and the goods due to their poor customer service.
