I claimed my insurance to find out that i was only covered for R5000 but the value of my phone is R7999 and the money cant be given to me cash so i cant try to find a retail store that is cheaper, if that is not enough I must still pay a excess of R300.
I find this absolutely ridiculous because when i took my phone insurance they did not mention that only 62% of my phone would be covered I feel i must just take this to the consumer act as i feel that this should have been explained to me from the beginning.
I am very sorry but this is not how business should be practiced.
