I am very Dissappointed yet again by the service i recieived from Edgars Clearwater (cellphones).i had claimed for my insurance which was finally approved after weeks of going back and forth for a lost cellphone. I then get to edgars this afternoon to get myself a phone then i get assistance from Sandile and tell him i want the Z10 Blackberry phone he then says we dont have without having to check for it 1st then his collegue says to him we do have that phone he then doesnt apologise. I tell him that my insurance had paid out R2000 however since the phone i want is more than that they can take the credit on my account balance and cover the difference he then tells me that cannot be done i need to pay the difference in Cash. I tell him that if you say its imposible for that to happen why do then pay for my edgars account and the insurance money is taken from whatever money i pay as i dont pay for 2 seperate accounts, so why cant it be that when i want to add on the insurance money then the credit Available cannot be added for me to get the phone i want. He then says if i want that phone so bad then clearly i must budget for it. I just want to settle this acc & close it for good.
