I am disappointed in you guys I bought the nokia E63 more than a year ago and took out insurance just to find out when the phone just went off one night and didn't' want to turn back on, it is a software problem after the people from edgars phoned me 3 times to confirm what happened to the phone. Yesterday they phoned me and told me it's a software problem and the insurance doesn't cover it, but I went threw the papers again and no where is stated that it doesn't cover it.
What is the point of having insurance if you cant fix a phone and paying the money each month?
If this is true I want my money back from the payments of the insurance. Because it was a waste of my money. And I want to cancel my insurance as this is unacceptable.
