NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I am a loyal customer of truworth, for many years. I wanted to pay an additional R1000 today. I went to the make-up department to buy a mascara and to pay the extra amount of R1000. They told me i cannot pay the mascara at the make-up counter. I had to go and stand in a cue that was so long and did not move. On my way out (i refused to wait in that cue) i walked passed another counter in the mens section. There were 4 tellers. i asked them can i pay the extra amount there. they refused. I must say, i am not happy. IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN, I WILL STAND IN THE CUE, TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. TRUWORTHS BY GRACE, I DONT NEED YOUR ACCOUNT.
